A historic wine farm in the middle of vineyards at Lake Caldaro in South Tyrol, is an ideal place for wine lovers. Our apartments are furnished with all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant stay. The apartments are located in a quiet location with breathtaking lake and mountain views.
For an added highlight during your visit you can walk along the rows of vines and also through the surrounding woods, which will make you feel in perfect harmony with nature. Outside all the apartments there is an area with sun loungers, table and benches, where you can relax and take in the amazing views. Your dogs are always welcome!

Atelier Baron Killi
The Atelier Baron Killi is located in the center of the village of Caldaro and is sorrounded by a hectare of park made up of plants that are also centenary and under protection.
In the garden belonging the atelier there is a kind of open garden house ,where it is possible to eat in the shade. The Atelier was inhabited by the painter baron Killi, who, in addition to London, also in India painted and exhibited his paintings.
On the ground floor of the hause there is a very welcoming living room with a dining table, a small bathroom,
with toilet and sink, a new kitchen and a bedroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms,one with shower and one with the bathtub. There is akso a long balcony.
Dogs are unfortunally not allowed in this apartment.

outside there is a hydromassage tub for the exclusive use of the guests of the house

PRICES
The prices are per apartment excluding local tax for guests aged 14 and over.
The local tax is € 2.00 per night / person.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES
Arrival: from 14.00 hrs
Departure: until 10.00 am

If we know in time, we can offer this service.
BREAKFAST & HALF BOARD
It consists of farm products: daily fresh eggs, jam, juices, tomatoes, apricots, raspberries, figs, walnuts, bread and other products from local organic farmers such as bacon, salami and various cheeses. We are also happy to offer a delicious half-board service for our house guests on request.
PURCHASE OF FARM PRODUCTS
In our historic (15th century) vaulted room we have a farm corner where we sell our seasonal products.
DOGS
Dogs are very welcome on request and at an extra charge. (Surcharge for final cleaning from 30 €)
WLAN
Free WLAN is available in the house.
WASTE SEPARATION
Correct waste separation is very important to us. Please note that we attach great importance to correct recycling at the Arzenhof.
PARKING
The parking lots can be used free of charge. Some of the parking spaces are covered.
CANCELLATION
a deposit of 100 Euro is required upon registration
Cancellation:

RELAXATION & REST
Outside the apartments there is an area equipped with deckchairs, table and benches with a magnificent view of the lake, the mountains and the vineyards.
SHOPPING FACILITIES NEARBY
The first store is a 10-minute walk away - right by the lake. Further shopping facilities can be found in Kaltern or in the surrounding urban areas.
WINE TASTINGS
On request, we offer wine tastings for groups of 4 or more people. A request is necessary at arzenhof@gmail.com.
PAYMENT
We accept cash payment and bank transfers. (no credit card)
DEPOSIT / DOWN PAYMENT deposit of 100 € is required for your vacation upon booking confirmation.

Arabisches Ferienhaus “Dammuso” pantesco – Sizilien
Wenn ihr etwas weiter entferntes sucht:
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Meeresblick auf der Insel Pantelleria-die schwarze Perle des Mittelmeers zwischen Sizilien und Tunesien.
Der Dammuso ist ein typisches Haus aus Lavastein, Zeitzeuge arabischer Architektur, umgeben von 1.ha. Kakteenpflanzen, Olivenhain, Weinberg, und der Mittelmeer - „Macchia“. Im Garten befindet sich ein „giardino pantesco“ (ein offener nicht überdachter windgeschüzter Turm) wo sie bei einem Glas Passito den Abend ausklingen lassen können.
Überdachte“ Terrazza „mit Steinofen für Pizza. Der dammuso befindet sich in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist 3 km vom Hauptort entfernt. 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Badezimmern, Küche und grosszügigem Salon.
